To ensure successful delivery of your package, note the following:

 

• We require a physical address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
• A person over the age of 18 must sign for the package upon delivery.
• Packages will only be mailed to the address registered with your credit card company. To send to another address, contact your credit card company and provide your desired shipping address.
• If you are unavailable to sign for your package, it can be shipped to the nearest FedEx office. This will allow you to sign for and collect it at your convenience. The location must fully staffed upon delivery.

 

International Shipping

We can ship to Canada and several other countries. For further information, refer to these policies.

We reserve the right to refuse to ship internationally at our discretion. This is unlikely, but you will be notified immediately if this applies to your order.

We will ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address via US Priority Mail for no extra cost.
