Yes. We accept customer-supplied stones for resetting. Send us the stone (with GIA/AGS report if available) and describe the setting you want. We inspect the stone, confirm its measurements, and fabricate a setting to fit it exactly. This is one of our most requested custom services.

Our standard inclusion is a cable chain in your chosen length and metal. We offer cable, box, and Franco chain styles in 1mm–2mm thickness. Chain length options are 16", 18", 20", and 24". If you want a specific chain style not listed, let us know and we'll quote it.
