At LoveWeddingBands, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward, hassle-free 30-day return policy with no restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

Follow these steps carefully to ensure a smooth and speedy refund:

Step 1 — Request an Approval Code

Email service@loveweddingbands.com to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write this number clearly on the outside of your return package so we can identify and expedite your refund. Only the RMA number should appear on the exterior — please do not describe the contents.

Step 2 — Pack Carefully

Use the original packaging whenever possible. All items must be returned in their original, unworn, undamaged condition, including all accessories and packaging. If your order included a diamond grading certificate, it must be returned as well — a loose diamond returned without its original grading certificate is subject to a $150 certificate replacement fee. For security purposes, do not write or describe the contents on the outside of the box.

Step 3 — Ship with Insurance

Send your return using an insured, trackable, signature-required method (such as UPS or USPS Registered Mail) and insure it for the full purchase price. We strongly recommend this, as LoveWeddingBands cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Step 4 — Include Your Information

Clearly print your full name and return address on the exterior of the package so we can process your refund promptly.

Step 5 — Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within five (5) business days. Refunds are issued in the same method as the original payment (wire transfer purchases are refunded by company check).

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item — in which case we will cover return shipping in full. This applies to refunds, resizing, and exchanges.

Conditions for Refund

Upon receipt, all returned items are inspected by our team. To qualify for a full refund, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • The package must display a valid RMA number
  • The item must be received within the 30-day return window
  • The item must be in its original, unworn, undamaged condition
  • The item must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping
  • The item must be fully insured for the return shipment
  • All original accessories, certificates, and packaging must be included

Returns Not Meeting These Conditions

Returns that arrive without an RMA number, after the 30-day window, improperly packaged, damaged, or uninsured may be refused or subject to partial credit. If a loose diamond is returned without its original grading certificate, a $150 replacement fee will be applied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made jewelry (items designed outside of our standard catalog, including new model designs or bespoke customizations)
  • Items purchased for size comparison purposes — we do not offer comparison buying
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or third-party alterations

Ring Resizing

We are happy to offer complimentary resizing in the following situations:

  • Plain bands: free resizing up to one full size larger or smaller than the original ordered size
  • Diamond rings: resizing up to half a size (please call us for details, as the setting may limit how much a diamond ring can be safely resized)
  • Eternity bands cannot be resized and require a newly crafted ring; pricing depends on the model

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with resizing or exchanges.

International Returns

International orders may be returned within the same 30-day window. International return shipping, duties, and any associated fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that resizing is not available for international orders.
