Custom pricing depends on metal, stone selection, and complexity of design. A custom plain gold ring starts around $600. A custom diamond engagement ring with a complex setting starts around $2,000. A fully original design with multiple stone shapes and a complex mounting can range significantly higher. We provide a detailed quote before any commitment.

Yes. We accept customer-supplied stones for custom settings. Stones should be accompanied by a GIA or AGS grading report. We inspect all customer-supplied stones before fabricating the setting and can advise on appropriate setting styles for your specific stone's dimensions and shape.

Custom orders typically take 3–4 weeks from design approval to shipping: 3–5 business days for 3D rendering, 1–2 days for design iterations and approval, 2–3 weeks for fabrication. Rush fabrication is available for an additional fee and can reduce the timeline to 2 weeks in some cases.

You need: your vision in any form (photo, sketch, description); preferred metal (yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, or platinum) and karat (14K or 18K); your ring size or pendant/earring specification; and a sense of your budget. Everything else our design team can advise on.

 Yes. We specialize in custom his and hers matching sets — you can create a design language (same metal, complementary motifs, matching finish) that applies across both rings at different widths. Many couples who do custom design choose the matching set option to create something entirely unique to their relationship.

 Custom-designed pieces cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you. However, if the finished piece does not match the approved rendering, we will remake it at no charge. We stand behind every piece that leaves our NYC studio.
